GIF Maker is a free and the best Android app I’ll choose when it comes to freely creating Gifs, it allows  you edit videos, create GIF animations from them. It’s an easy to use app, a very user friendly app, it allows you use your phone’s camera and also use stored videos from your, sounds cool right?

Follow the below guide to see you through on how to go with this app.

1. Download and Install GIF Maker on your Android device. You can download it here

2. Installed and launch the GIF maker App.

3. Tap on video option, and select a video from your device to import.

4. At the timeline sliders, drag the first slider to begin and another slider to the end point.

5. You can change the size by scaling the video and also can change frames per second, from the top.
6. Now select next tap and tap Make GIF button to start creating your GIF file.

Congratulations, your GIF has been created, note the quality of your video determines how long it will take to process. You can as well choose change file location to save your GIF also.

Animated GIF generator is an online tool to create your GIF animations on your android phone. It works for PC also. This online tool requires  you to paste the Youtube URL of the videos or an alternative to upload videos from your device memory.

How it’s being done.

1. Go to http://imgflip.com/gifgenerator.
2. Now copy any video’s URL from YouTube or other videos URLs and paste it in the appropriate field. Or simply upload from your sd card.
3. Now select the beginning time and end time by sliding the sliders.
